Jack Lambert (Bass, Bandleader)

Jack Lambert an alumnus of Berklee College of Music. Earlier in his career he toured with the Drifters and the Shirelles. He went on to record with such labels as Polygram, A&M and Capital Records sharing the stage nationally and internationally which artists such as Natalie Cole, INXS, Night Ranger and the Kinks. Jack was a member of "John Butcher Axis" which was nominated for a Grammy in Intrumental Performance. Additionally "John Butcher Axis" recorded a selection on the sountrack to "Top Gun" starring Tom Cruise. John was nominated for Outstanding Bassist by the Boston Music Awards and is endoresed by Ken Smith Basses. Top

Gwen Leathers (Lead Vocal)

Gwen Leathers (Lead Vocals) is an alumnus of Boston University's School of Fine Arts and Berklee College of Music. She has performed at such venues as Lincoln Center (NYC), The Hatch Shell, Scullers, Top of the Hub, Ryles and house bands on the Odyssey and The Spirit of Boston cruise ships. Gwen's international Highlights include performances in Cyprus on behalf of UNCEF, a Motown review show in Switzerland and concerts in Germany and Brazil. Performances also include background vocals for rap artist Coolio, Natalie Cole and opening up for Nancy Wilson. Currently Gwen is on the faculty at Berklee College of Music where she teaches ensembles, labs and vocal instruction. Top

Bobby Tymes (Saxophone)

Bobby Tymes has performed with great musicians such as: Danilo Perez, Howard Levy, Najee, Victor Wooten, Etta Jones, Nestor Torres, Bob Moses, Norman Connors, Gene Jackson, Denise Perrier, Lady Mem'fis, Brenda Boykin, Frankye Kelly, Kim Nalley, Semenya McCord, Alan Dawson, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Larry Willis, Ed Kelly, Frankie Spellman and many others.. He has also opened up for Betty Carter, Diane Shure, Stevie Wonder, Branford Marsalis, Gato Barbieri, Bella Fleck and the Flecktones.

Bobby's love affair with music and the saxophone has taken him all over the United States and abroad - touring with bands in France, Belgium, Amsterdam, Italy and Poland. His recording experience is extensive and he is constantly seeking out new projects with musicians nationally and internationally. Bobby Tynes' dedication to music is equaled by his dedication to education. He holds degrees in songwriting and education, and has recently completed his work on a second Master's degree in education administration. He has taught music since 1984 to students aging between 6 to 65 years. Bobby is a serious teacher and musician, who believes in balancing fundamentals with creativity and imagination. Top

Lyndon Rochelle (Drummer)

Lyndon Rochelle is an alumnus of Berklee College of Music. His professional experience includes working with Hank Jones, Yellow Jacketk, Kurt Elling, Sam Kinger, Lawrence Watson, Little Richard, David Fiuczynski, Robin Mckelle, Bill Pierce, Joe Lavano, Ron Mahdi, Phil Wilson, Greg Hopkins, Jetro Da' Silva, Allen Mallet, Jackie Beard, John Arco, Steve Heck, George Duke, Darren Barret, Peter Erskine, Bobby Shew, George Stone, Matt Harris, Remember Rockefeller Jazz Orchestra, the Prometheus Dance Company, Gary Foster and Gary Pratt. Lyndon has performed at the DNC 2004, Dianne Reaves Performance at Symphony Hall, JVC Jazz Festival, Wang Center,and various concerts at California State University at Northridge. Top

Maxim Lubarsky (Pianist)

Maxim Lubarsky is a native of Odessa, Ukraine, and has been playing piano for 20 years. In Ukraine, he studied at the Stalyarsky School of Music, where his father, a member of the piano faculty, was his teacher and mentor. Maxim received a Master's Degree in Performance, Pedagogy, Classical Ensemble and Accompaniment from the Odessa State Conservatory, where he studied with Evilina Kovalenko. He has been playing jazz piano since 1990, and has graduated with a degree in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music where he studied with Joanne Brackeen and Danila Perez. He has won first place in several jazz piano competitions including the Krivoy Rog, Dnepropetrovsk, and Kobanchenko in Ukraine. At Berklee he was the 2002 recipient of the Berklee Technics Piano Award and the Best Scholarship 2000.

Professionally, Maxim led the Art Session Jazz Ensemble in Odessa (1995-2001), played in concert with the Odessa State Symphony Orchestra (1999-2000), and played with Big-Band for the Odessa State Circus (1995-2000). Also in Odessa, Maxim performed weekly at the Ragtime Jazz Club (1996-1999) and the Voroncov Piano Bar (1998-1999), and he has performed on ship tours with a number of different musicians. Maxim has also toured with a classical sextet in Israel, France, Czechoslovakia, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Greece, and the USA (1993-2001), these tours included recordings for CD productions.

Since his arrival in the United States in 2001, Maxim has performed in concerts, toured and recorded a classical duo CD with violinist Rosalita Agrest. He has performed and recorded with his group and has given many solo recitals in various venues such as Natick Center of Art, Sumter Theater, Berklee Performance Center, and others. Maxim has also been involved in numerous R&B projects with performers such as Gabriel Goodman, Cristian Armstead, Jerome Kyle and others. Top
